Order
To place an order, browse our products and select the items you wish to purchase. Add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping and billing details, and complete your purchase using your preferred payment method.
We accept a variety of payment methods through Stripe, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and other secure payment options as indicated during checkout.
Due to the print-on-demand and made-to-order nature of our products, orders can only be canceled or modified within four hours of placement. We start processing orders quickly to ensure prompt shipping. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request changes or cancellations.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order status by logging into your Infidu account and visiting the “Orders” section.
At present, we only ship to the United States and India. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

Since everything on the Infidu marketplace is printed and made just for you, you can submit a request for a free return within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date for most items. Exchanges are available in the form of a replacement order or an Infidu voucher for sizing, style, and color issues. Please visit our returns page for more information on how to initiate a return or exchange.
To apply a discount code, enter the code in the “Coupon code” field at checkout and click “Apply coupon.” The discount will be applied to your order total.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
We offer discounts for bulk orders on certain products. Please contact our customer service team with your requirements, and we will provide you with a customized quote.
